I've rented here many times, always a great experience! The manager is always so pleasant and the property is nice and paved. They also rent Uhaul trucks too which is so convenient when moving in and out.
This company went above and beyond to help us in an incredibly hectic move. I thought we needed a storage unit, then we needed a second unit, after hours! Don't know what we would have done without their help.
This location was very clean. The manager was very helpful. As I was moving in the area and need a storage some items. She made my move in very easy. I saw that she rented U-Haul truck also. If you need more room in house and want to storage place go to ABC in Round Lake Park.
I had an amazing experience with abc storage. Staff it’s amazing and answered all my question specially Jo Ann. I would definitely would use abc forage again!
One star is too high of a rating for this facility. ABC and it's sister facility, Lake County Storage, have the most unprofessional managers on site. When I ask to speak to the owner, RJ, I am told he doesn't have time for complaints. Really? He has time to accept my money, but not my feedback. Moving out this week.
